This month we feature another book from Human Kinetics and it's for serious players or those serious about playing to their full potential.

The mental side of any sport is important. With hockey you need to stay in the game both on the ice and on the bench - Hockey Tough provides players and coaches with methods to manage the mental side of the game. This book shares the psychological training and emotional management techniques that author Saul Miller has successfully taught individual hockey players and teams for over 20 years.

Throughout the book, NHL stars such as Mark Messier, Pavel Bure, Chris Pronger and Markus Naslund offer insights and tips on a variety of topics related to achieving a winning mind-set for the sport.

BACK ON THE AIR

It happens to us all at one time or another ... a hard drive crash.  As a result, the web site wasn't updated for about a week but now we are back in action and will be continuing to add entries to the A to Z.

All of our back-ups are OK except for recent e-mails sent to the A to Z by our Consultants and Visitors.

If you used Add an Entry - those e-mails are OK but if you simply e-mailed the A to Z since the beginning of the year and have not yet received a reply - please re-send your messages (e-mail here).

Thank you
